ECEI played an essential role in concluding contracts for the following Major projects:
- 1990, order with NUOVA CimiMontubi (Techint CimiMontubi) for Cairo west 2 x 350 MW balance of the plant and erection for the steam turbines. Contract value approx. 70 Million DM
- 1989, represented NUOVA CimiMontubi (Techint CimiMontubi)for Damietta 1200 MW Electro Mechanical + Piping + Overall Control System of the Station. Contract value 40 Million USD
